We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join a high-impact team building a next-generation Data Analytics Platform within the financial services industry. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full technology stack, developing scalable, secure, and high-performing applications that transform complex financial data into meaningful business insights.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build a state of the art data analytics platform within financial services.
- Develop across the stack including front end, back end, and data layers.
- Design and implement data solutions using Oracle and Snowflake to support analytics and reporting.
- Write efficient, complex SQL queries and apply sound database design principles.
- Build and enhance backend components using Python and Spring Boot following modern best practices.
- Implement authentication and authorization frameworks including OAuth, Azure Active Directory, and JWT-based security models.
- Develop responsive, high performance web UIs using Angular, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Web Components, and Node.js.
- Analyze data and system behavior to identify gaps and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, analysts, and engineers to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Implement and support DevOps, CI/CD, and batch scheduling/orchestration with Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, SonarQube, and AutoSys.
- Contribute within an Agile delivery model and address complex technical challenges independently.
Experience Requirements:
- Enterprise software engineering experience within financial services or a related regulated industry.
- Proficiency with Oracle and Snowflake for analytics and reporting.
- Strong SQL and database design expertise.
- Backend development with Python and Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of OAuth, Azure Active Directory, and JWT security models.
- Front-end development with Angular, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Web Components, and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, SonarQube, and AutoSys.
- Analytical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
