Our client provides a wide range of brokerage products, solutions, and services to retail and institutional investors and third-party intermediaries. Business units span personal investments, correspondent clearing, advisor services, operations and services, brokerage technology, and capital markets coverage.
We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $50.00 to $55.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:

- Analyze and document business and system requirements across multiple teams.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Support the design and delivery of complex, interconnected systems.
- Identify dependencies, impacts, and integration points across platforms.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure requirements are feasible, clear, and testable.
- Support delivery of new features within existing enterprise software.
- Contribute to discussions on architecture, data flows, and system behavior.
Experience Requirements:

- Proven experience in systems analysis or technical business analysis.
- Strong communication skills in cross-team and cross-region environments.
- Ability to operate effectively across multiple products and teams.
- Comfort working in Agile and delivery-focused environments.
- Appreciation for enterprise systems and technical landscapes.
- Exposure to identity services, authentication, and authorization (preferred).
- Experience in financial services, brokerage, or asset management (preferred).
- Prior exposure to large-scale enterprise platforms (preferred).
