**Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite in Rosemont, IL.**

Our not-for-profit client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay Rate: $65.00 - $70.00/hr on W2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.


Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
  • Manage assigned projects that span one or more cross-functional teams 
  • Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address stakeholder needs while aligning to best practices Demonstrates effectiveness in scope planning and management and requirements elicitation and management
  • Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases a project
  • Manages the day-to-day project activities and resources
  • Monitors, tracks and controls outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
  • Develop and deliver scope overviews, status reports, project proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences
  • Provide detailed analysis of business needs to identify and document key requirements for technology systems and their success
  • Identify and inform continuous improvement opportunities within the PMO 
  • Manage the execution of feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders
  • Supports the Director, Enterprise PMO in monthly enterprise portfolio status reporting process
Requirements of the Project Manager:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field and at least 3-5 years of experience managing technology related projects
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a diverse business environment
  • At least 2-3 years of experience managing cross-functional, large platform implementation programs or projects
  • Experience managing all aspects of project delivery, including business and technology
  • Experience with technology platform project delivery working across multiple System Development Methodologies
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and consultant resources
  • Experience creating business process, business requirements and specification level detail documentation
  • Experience using web-based collaboration tools, including SharePoint
  • Experience applying project management principles across various project implementation methodologies
  • Ability to adapt to change while still maintaining a structured approach to program and project implementation
  • Familiarity with Quality Assurance processes and standards
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle process & deliverables
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Project
  • Certified Associate Project Manager or Project Management Professional certifications required
