We have an excellent opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing clients as a Systems Support Analyst in the Westlake TX, Salt Lake City UT, Durham NC or Merrimack NH area! This position will start out as a 12-month contract with a likelihood to extend beyond the initial period and offers you the chance to work with a well-established company known for its growth and stability.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $50-55/ hr. w2
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled technical problem solver with a strong background in production support to join a Major Incident Management team. This hybrid role blends incident leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical work across cloud, infrastructure, and application environments.
Including:
- Lead and support major production incidents, ensuring rapid triage, coordination, and resolution
- Serve as a technical escalation point across cloud, infrastructure, and application environments
- Monitor enterprise systems and identify issues before they impact the business
- Coordinate cross-functional teams during high-severity incidents and communicate status clearly to stakeholders
- Perform root cause analysis and contribute to long-term stability and operational improvements
- Support a centralized monitoring and incident management function covering applications, distributed systems, cloud, networks, end-user computing, and security
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 5+ years of hybrid experience in Production Support, Development or SRE Experience. Hands-On experience developing or supporting highly distributed multi-tiered systems at scale
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technology related field (like Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology)
