Our well-known uptown Charlotte client is actively seeking a Service Management Change Manager to create templates on automating low-risk changes within ServiceNow.

This Service Management Change Manager must have previously worked on a Change Advisory Board (CAB) as this person will be monitoring and approving change requests, and assisting in the assessment and prioritization of changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Must have experience with ServiceNow 
  • Experienced in creating automated templates for change requests 
  • Change Advisory Board (CAB) experience
