Our Fortune 500 client is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to work on-site in The Woodlands. You will be responsible for diagnosing inquiries and work requests, and performing troubleshooting of PC's, applications and software. Requirements of Help Desk Analyst:

  • 2+ years experience in troubleshooting PCs
  • Working knowledge of a wide variety of software, hardware and PC operating systems
  • Screen, refer, and diagnose internal/external inquiries and work requests
