Our client is seeking a Business Process Manager to join their team.

What You'll Do:

  • Create and deliver presentations
  • Assist in the creation of BOM, SOW, and general planning
  • Act as a pre-sales resource for sales when necessary
  • Act as an escalation point for Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Consultants
  • Escalate issues to other team members as needed
  • Provide deployment and implementation services of multi-vendor solutions in a Data Center environment 
  • Be available to meet the customer's IT needs
  • Meet with key vendors to stay current on products and technologies
  • Maintain multiple advanced manufacturer specific advanced certifications. i.e.: CCIE, R/S. Voice, Brocade, CISSP, VCDX, UCS

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred  
  • At least 10 years of hands-on experience in IT
  • At least 3 years of experience in a corporate or consulting role involving program management and/or operations transformation
  • Multiple Industry recognized Certifications preferred. i.e.: CCIE, VCP, NACP, CISSP, PMP, ITIL, Sigma 6
  • Excellent telephonic and in-person customer service skills 
  • PMP Certification
  • Ability to troubleshoot complicated technology issues
  • Ability to make recommendations
  • Ability to establish a network across the organization
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to demonstrate organizational and decision-making skills
  • Skilled in influencing and leading and working in a team
  • Skilled at conflict management and negotiation
  • Professional demeanor and good communication skills
  • Must be fully knowledgeable and able to design and plan, implement and support IT solutions using two or more of the following technologies:
    • Virtualization
    • Storage Area Networks (SAN)
    • Networking
    • Cloud
    • Collaboration (Messaging)
    • VoIP
    • Video Conferencing
    • Backup
    • Blade Server Technology
    • Security
