Position Summary

Our client is a premier technology integrator with approximately 33,000 employees worldwide. With a strong commitment to supporting programs of national importance, our client is able to help solve our country’s most significant problems. They are currently looking for a Software Tester to join their incredible team.

Contract Length: 6 Months - Contract to Hire

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure regulatory compliance of all testing and documentation activities 
  • Participate in daily Scrum/Agile meetings and weekly team meetings
  • Track performance and metrics of all activities
  • Design test plans and cases from requirements; perform automation testing
  • Participate in risk management assessment

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field  and at least 4 years of experience as a software tester
  • Experience drafting test plan and test cases
  • Experience with SQL server and experience with writing and executing back end tests using SQL
  • Working knowledge of the SDLC and Agile/Scrum development methodology
  • Excellent communication skills
