Position Summary

Our enterprise client is looking for a Service desk Analyst to work onsite at their Alpharetta location. You will be responsible for remote technical support of end users and managing trouble tickets.

Requirements of Service Desk Analyst:

  • Experience with Service Desk in an enterprise environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
