Our top client is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work with data management tools to understand and maintain large data sets. You will be responsiblefor providing support metrics and feedback to end users, editing database entries with admin tools, and providing customer service solutions.
Requirements of Customer Support Specialist:
- Strong data management skills, especially of large data sets
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience discussing business analytics with vendors and executives
- Strong customer service skills
- Background with Parature or Zendesk a plus #eg1989
