Position Summary

Our client is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join their dedicated team.

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Technician:

  • Provide first level technical support to end users 
  • Ensure timely resolution of service requests/concerns for enterprise-level applications or tools 

Requirements of the Help Desk Technician:

  • Associate's degree and at least 1 year of Help Desk experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
  • Motivated self-starter with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical issues to the team
  • Ability to interact and work well with technical and business teams
  • Ability to follow established processes 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills
  • Customer service experience
