Position Summary

Our client is an international information technology and solutions consulting company. The company is committed to ensuring the safety and security of the United States through the delivery of innovative, next-generation IT solutions. They are currently seeking a Risk Management Software Administrator to join their dedicated team.

Responsibilities of the Risk Management Software Administrator:

  • Provide Cyber Security Assessment Management (CSAM) software tool support
  • Provide technical and end user support for the tool
  • Monitor the health and capacity of the tool and its related servers, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the system and its data is not adversely affected
  • Create and maintain security artifacts for CSAM on a continuous basis

Requirements of the Risk Management Software Administrator:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant technical discipline
  • At least 6 years of experience in cybersecurity management, operational, and/or technical activities
  • At least 5 years of experience using the CSAM or comparable risk management tool
  • At least 4 years of experience performing the responsibilities of a Risk Management Software Administrator in a federal or commercial environment
  • At least 4 years of experience in National Institute of Standards (NIST) cybersecurity standards and best practices
  • Knowledge of potential vulnerabilities and threats to existing web, applications, database, and operating system technologies
  • Must understand NIST 800 series guidance for network security
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to express thoughts clearly
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Keen attention to detail
  • One or more of the following industry certifications:
    • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
    • Certification Information System Auditor (CISA)
    • GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
    • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
    • Certification and Authorization Professional (CAP)
