Our industry leading client is seeking a Field Support Technician to join their dedicated team.
Responsibilities of the Field Support Technician:
- Provide technical support to end users
- Respond to service requests for computer hardware or software
- Resolve all level 1 support issues
- Install software and perform hardware testing
- Observe system functioning
- Configure desktops for new users
- Support employees locally with desktop issues, account issues, and access issues
Requirements of the Field Support Technician:
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent training required
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, customer service, and interpersonal issues
- Motivated self-starter, able to work independently
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software
