Position Summary

Our industry-leading client is seeking an IAM Governance Analyst to join their team.

MUST haves:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in IAM governance
  • Strong technical and analytical skills required, including the ability to define data processes
  • MS Office proficiency, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and prioritization skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex, technical information to non-technical audiences is required 

Plus/Nice to haves: 

  • Prior experience using the NIST Cybersecurity framework
  • Prior experience in creating scoring IAM Governance and Controls is preferred
  • Highly motivated to foster an environment that promotes collaboration to create excellent results
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels within the organization and have frequent contact with other teams within the company

Responsibilities:

  • This role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and implementing IAM Governance and controls strategy
  • This will include development, implementation and successful organization of security controls framework
  • This role will work with other Security Operations, Business/Segment SMEs and IT Risk teams
  • Works directly with Risk Teams, Program Managers and other cross-functional team member to prioritize work efforts and assist in defining business processes around the controls framework and monitoring
  • Will play a key roles in communicating IAM Governance and Controls program strategy, goals and objectives, and provide status updates to company leaders outside of Security Operations
  • This role works independently in response to general work direction
  • You may lead, instruct, or coach other professionals
  • Define IAM controls, identify risks and vulnerabilities to the organization, create and implement risk scorecard to prioritize risk mitigation
  • Execute existing information security policy and provide guidance to IT security staff and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and coordinate compliance activity with information security policies
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency in security-related hardware and software
  • Performs work within company and regulatory guidelines
