Position Summary

Our highly regarded client is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join their dedicated team.

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Analyst:

  • Responsible for receiving and tracking tickets
  • Provide telephone and onsite tier 1 support for both local and remote users
  • Desktop and laptop imaging for Windows and Mac
  • Perform software installation
  • Configure mobile device email  
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop/laptop software and system issues, email issues, printing issues, and remote connectivity
  • Employee Onboarding and Off boarding
  • Escalate issues to Tier II Support in a timely fashion

Requirements of the Help Desk Analyst:

  • Focus on customer service
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organized and focused on quality
  • Must be able to follow up on unresolved issues
  • Interest in continuous improvement and learning
  • Results-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable to change

Required Technical Knowledge of the Help Desk Analyst:

  • Active Directory
  • Windows 7, Windows 8 a plus
  • MacOS
  • iOS, Android
  • Internet Explorer
  • Microsoft Office 2010, 2013
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Encrypted Email
  • Microsoft Lync
  • VMWare
  • VPN – RSA, NAC Dual Authentication
  • Basic knowledge of Email Certs and Signing
  • Basic Network Knowledge of office and home environments
  • Basic Telecommunications Knowledge
