Position Summary

Our well established client is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join their dedicated team.

Responsibilities of the Desktop Support Technician:

  • Provide direct, in-person support to internal employees
  • Provide constant updates to users regarding the status of their issue
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (remote, Wifi, and wired)
  • Support applications and tools within the work environment

Requirements of the Desktop Support Technician:

  • Experience with a ticketing system, such as ServiceNow or Remedy
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Web Access
  • Experience supporting mobile devices
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory/AD administration
  • Working knowledge of video collaboration tools 
  • Experience with Windows 7/10; Mac experience a plus
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Passion for customer service
  • Commitment to excellence and exceeding expectations
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high pressure environment
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understood terms
  • Ability to follow proper escalation paths
