Position Summary

Our well known client in the Alpharetta area is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join their team. You will be responsible for providing Tier 1/ Tier 2 support to both internal customers and external customers. You will assist in performing troubleshooting in the identification of applicable problems relating to PC’s, applications software and basic information systems communications. The Help Desk Analyst must have previous experience in a wide variety of software, hardware, and PC operation systems.

Requirements of the Help Desk Analyst:

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge of new software, hardware and PC operating systems
  • 1-5+ years of experience Demonstrated ability to implement alternate and complex technical resolutions
  • Healthcare / Pharmacy Knowledge Preferred
