Position Summary

Our well established client in Boston is seeking an Exchange Administrator to join their dedicated team.

Responsibilities of the Exchange Administrator:

  • Provide operational administration of an on prem Exchange 2013 environment
  • Support all Windows related issues as well as email and Active Directory environments
  • Perform general system administration duties in a Windows AD environment
  • Monitor Windows and servers; troubleshoot and resolve any issues

Requirements of the Exchange Administrator:

  • Excellent work record for at least the last 2 years
  • Ensure and enforce management and compliance processes related to Exchange 2013
  • Experience supporting mobile devices
  • Experience supporting, maintaining, and administering Microsoft technologies including Windows server
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Effective communication (verbal and written) skills 
  • Excellent customer service skills
