Our client is a leading American bank holding company with nearly a thousand branches across the country. Our client has been an innovator in the industry, doing everything from helping pioneer the mass marketing of credit cards in the 1990’s to the sponsorship of NCAA Bowl Games. Our client currently has a need for a Technical Writer to join their team in Richmond, VA.
In this role, you will be responsible for the creation, development, maintenance, and management of technical documentation, following organizational standards and protocol.

Requirements of the Technical Writer:
- At least 3 years of experience preparing technical documentation
- Strong writing skills and technical knowledge
- Motivated-self starter, able to accomplish tasks with minimal direction
- Ability to work directly with developers to write/edit program and system documentation, user manuals, training, and procedures
- Experience developing content for interactive media
- Demonstrated experience supporting requirements, data, and systems analysis
- Ability to communicate effectively
