Position Summary

Our industry leading client is looking for a Helpdesk Support role troubleshooting issues over the phone through contact with customers, peers, and managers. This is for a local Charlotte-based company. You must have great communication skills and personality.

Desired Support Experience

  • 40+ inbound call volume in call center environment 
  • 2+ years help-desk experience 
  • A+ certified preferred #eg1989

This is an opportunity that will pay between 30,000 and 34,000 thousand and include a competitive benefits package.
