They are currently seeking a Help Desk Support Engineer to join their innovative team.

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Support Engineer:

  • Proactively monitor system and provide client support
  • Respond to emails, answer phone calls, and fulfill support requests
  • Troubleshoot issues to resolution
  • Monitor equipment status
  • Perform backups and prepare backup tapes for storage

Requirements of the Help Desk Support Engineer:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Expertise in MS Windows XP and application installations
  • Strong organizational and record keeping skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work with customers
