Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an Audio Visual (A/V) Support Technician to join our distinguished client in Washington, DC.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities of the A/V Support Technician:

  • Install and support A/V systems
  • Perform site surveys to support new installations
  • Assess existing A/V systems on-site
  • Deploy systems that comply with protocol and best practices
  • Troubleshoot A/V systems and provide ongoing support

Requirements of the A/V Support Technician:

  • Associate's degree in a relevant technical discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience in a directly related support role (help desk specialist, network technician, A/V support)
  • Thorough knowledge of network troubleshooting and support techniques and methods
