Position Summary

Our client is dedicated to ensuring the integrity of the financial market and protecting investors.  With over a dozen various “Best Places to Work” awards, our client has proven that a position with them is more than a just a job.  They are currently looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) now to join their award winning team.

Responsibilities of the SDET:

  • Develop testing protocols that address reliability and performance
  • Plan and execute test schedules and strategies to meet delivery dates
  • Create and maintain databases of known test defects; report defects to software developers
  • Monitor defect resolution efforts; track successes
  • Test modifications to prepare for implementation

Requirements of the SDET:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
  • At least 8 years of related experience
  • Extensive experience in development and programming
  • Strong experience with automated testing tools and technologies
  • QA management/leadership experience in full stack, cloud-based applications
  • Knowledge of performance, security, and other non-functional testing
