Position Summary

Our client is a technology support organization for higher education end users. They strive to provide the highest level of accessibility, data integrity, and information delivery to their user community. Our client is currently seeking a Web Developer to join their team.

Responsibilities of the Web Developer:

  • Work to integrate, expand, and support student portal
  • Analyze existing functions with end users
  • Design, develop, and support existing and new functionality 
  • Employ a variety of languages such as Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, and PHP
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain stylesheets using CSS, particularly SASS
  • Help to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Provide break/fix support

Requirements of the Web Developer:

  • At least 2 years of experience with Java, JavaScript, and designing CSS/SASS
  • Familiarity with SQL/RDBMS systems
  • Familiarity with Angular/NodeJS/Bootstrap
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent priorities to ensure efficient delivery
  • Salesforce experience preferred
