Hybrid two weeks onsite a month in Westlake TX

Rate: $60.00 to $65.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and RESTful microservices.
- Build, test, and release product features in an agile delivery model.
- Contribute to product roadmap and technical strategy discussions.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows.
- Develop ETL workflows and support data movement initiatives.
- Create and maintain test automation, unit tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure QA readiness.
- Support implementation of initiatives across multiple project phases.
- Collaborate effectively with technical leads, team members, and cross-functional partners.
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience developing Java applications and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
- Proficiency with Git, Jenkins, and Docker.
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins jobs.
- Database experience with Oracle, including understanding of stored procedures.
- Experience with data movement technologies such as ETL/ELT and messaging (ActiveMQ, Azure Service Bus).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Exposure to either OBIEE/OAS reporting, Camunda BPM, or Oracle / PL-SQL (stored procedures, triggers, functions, indexing, et cetera)
- Experience working in an agile environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ETL workflows (either Informatica / equivalent tool to develop ETL workflows with either Python, Shell, or Java/Spring Batch frameworks
- Willingness to perform testing activities as part of the development workflow (preferred).
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Azure certification (preferred).
- AWS certification (preferred).
