Our client seeks an Implementation Coordinator to support the rollout of a Sales and Catering platform across hotels. The coordinator will manage hotel-level implementation tasks, track milestones, coordinate among vendors and internal teams, validate participation and billing readiness, and ensure training completion. The role will serve as a single point of contact for implementation progress and status, facilitate consultation calls to align configurations with property needs, and support early adopter efforts ahead of mandated timelines.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for hotel properties during Sales and Catering platform implementation.
- Coordinate data gathering, mapping, and workbook accuracy with support teams and follow up on discrepancies.
- Track hotel-level milestones and timelines, manage implementation gates, and escalate delays.
- Verify completion of required training and e-learning prior to advancing phases.
- Communicate escalations and issues to leadership and coordinate with vendor technical resources.
- Maintain regional status updates with commercial leads and report on deployment progress.
- Validate participation agreements and property-level billing arrangements.
- Facilitate consultation calls to confirm platform configurations meet hotel needs.
- Support early adopter initiatives in defined periods to drive on-time activations.
Experience Requirements:
- Three or more years of experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Experience working in or with hotel sales teams.
- Understanding of hotel operations and the impact of new systems.
- Experience with PMS or hotel technology implementations.
- Delphi platform experience preferred; Salesforce familiarity valued.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Presentation, data analysis, and project management skills.
- Self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence and motivate to meet deadlines.
Education Requirements:
A university degree is preferred.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
