Rate: $40.00 to $45.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:

- Interact and collaborate with stakeholders on key product considerations and align with product vision, features, and roadmap.
- Establish KPIs and OKRs for the product team and ensure alignment with senior leadership.
- Build and maintain the product backlog and prioritize items to achieve OKRs.
- Facilitate regular refinement meetings to continuously update the backlog.
- Create and maintain key product documentation such as technical specifications and process maps.
- Define features for the delivery roadmap and serve as final decision maker for product scope in line with product vision and OKRs.
- Create and validate user story acceptance criteria and accept user stories.
- Define and ensure appropriate testing frameworks for product features, including market and functional testing.
- Ensure the product adheres to quality standards.
- Manage dependencies and build strategic partnerships across product teams.
- Inspect and evaluate product progress through each iteration.
- Foster a culture of accountability and ownership within the product team.
- Partner with Data Stewards to identify and implement required data quality controls.

- Experience advocating for agile practices with strong organizational agility.
- In-depth product or domain knowledge and understanding of the broader organization.
- Excellence in written and verbal storytelling, including vision, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Ability to translate business objectives into customer solutions via product design.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding customer and stakeholder expectations for user experience and value.
- Ability to resolve impediments, dependencies, and capacity issues in partnership with stakeholders.
- Independent and accountable decision making with effective delegation and clarity of scope.
- Skilled in value-based prioritization, risk assessment, and negotiation with business leaders and teams.
- Technical aptitude with understanding of systems spanning people, process, technology, and partners.
- Knowledge of risk and quality management, including change management and documentation adherence.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and competence operating within Agile environments.
