Our client is seeking an AdTech Product Owner / Business Analyst with deep experience supporting digital advertising platforms, Order Management Systems (OMS), and real-time inventory management solutions. This person will partner with business and technology teams to define product requirements, optimize ad sales workflows, and drive initiatives across inventory forecasting, order lifecycle management, monetization, and advertising operations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions to gather business requirements across digital advertising products and platforms.
- Drive enhancements to OMS, inventory management, forecasting, and revenue optimization capabilities.
- Analyze business processes, system integrations, and data flows across AdTech ecosystems.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and release scope with engineering teams.
- Partner with Ad Operations, Sales, Product, and Analytics teams to improve workflow efficiency.
- Support initiatives involving inventory forecasting, order fulfillment, campaign delivery, and reporting.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment on priorities, roadmap decisions, and implementation plans.
- Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product and operational performance.
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in AdTech or digital media.
- Strong experience with Order Management Systems (OMS), advertising sales platforms, and real-time inventory management.
- Knowledge of inventory forecasting, allocation, yield optimization, and monetization workflows.
- Experience supporting quote-to-cash, order lifecycle, campaign management, and advertising operations processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable product and system solutions.
- Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and complex data flows.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Based in the NY/NJ area for stakeholder interaction.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
