Rate: $60.00 to $70.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Manage one or more complex or enterprise-wide programs consisting of multiple projects.
- Align program delivery with broader strategic initiatives and goals.
- Plan, implement, and manage program schedules from inception through delivery.
- Define and report program roadmap, status, issues, and success metrics.
- Identify, assess, and monitor program and project risks.
- Coordinate interdependencies across projects and teams.
- Manage and optimize resource allocation across projects.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve cost, performance, and schedule.
- Build, manage, and track program and project budgets.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, expectations, and satisfaction.
- Maintain awareness of trends, business conditions, and internal practices impacting programs.
- Lead and manage technical projects end to end with defined scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resources.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure successful completion.
- Manage issues, changes to scope, and adherence to standards and best practices.
- Communicate status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience managing complex technology programs and projects.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and programs.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Project.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, testing, and business analysis.
- Track record of risk, issue, change, and budget management.
- Experience defining and reporting roadmaps, metrics, and status to senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for project governance and delivery.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification (preferred).
- Experience in a relevant industry or technology domain (preferred).
- Advanced technical skills in a relevant technology area (preferred).
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP certification (preferred).
- Scrum Master certification (preferred).
