Our client seeks a Brand Planning & Strategy Specialist to support Brex brand planning and integration. The specialist will drive project management across workstreams, frame business questions and strategic objectives, and turn insights into actionable recommendations. The role will partner with Brand Insights and the Brand Integration Office to build a cohesive narrative that influences outcomes and tracks progress against key deliverables.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $30.00 to $40.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing project management and execution support for Brex brand planning and integration.
- Help define overarching business questions and strategic objectives and identify knowledge gaps to address via the learning agenda.
- Provide strategic thinking through the integration process, connecting implications between Brex and our client’s existing business credit card portfolio.
- Support Brand Insights on learning agenda deliverables, including contributions to research briefs and research materials.
- Apply a business lens to insights uncovered from the learning agenda and translate them into recommendations.
- Partner with Insights to develop and package the final story on research findings into a compelling narrative that influences outcomes.
- Work closely with the Brand Integration Office to maintain status updates and track progress on key deliverables.
Experience Requirements:
- Experience partnering with research teams to deliver learning agendas and synthesize data into insights and strategic recommendations.
- Evidence-based marketing orientation.
- Curiosity and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to share points of view, identify gaps, and listen.
- Experience with campaign development and day-to-day project management.
- Large enterprise experience to scale campaigns.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- A storyteller who simplifies complex topics and compels an audience to act.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
