Our client seeks a Full Stack Engineer focused on backend development, cloud-native services, and DevOps practices. You will design, build, deploy, and operate scalable services that enable secure authentication, authorization, and identity management across enterprise platforms. The role emphasizes Go for high-throughput APIs, cloud deployments, containerization, CI/CD, and automation, with ownership across the full software lifecycle.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $60.00 to $80.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and reliable backend services using Go. Experience with Java, C++, or Python is a plus.
- Own services throughout design, development, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze and solve sophisticated engineering challenges.
Experience Requirements:
- 4+ years of programming experience in Java, Node.js, Go, or comparable, building high-throughput APIs.
- Passion for CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices.
- Foundation in Docker and Kubernetes operations and tooling.
- Experience with cloud providers such as AWS and Azure.
- Experience using AI developer tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar.
- Preferred: Envoy proxy configuration, observability tooling, cloud security best practices, high availability and fault tolerance design, and leadership of medium-to-large technical initiatives.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
