We have a wonderful opportunity for a Analyst/UI Designer to serve as a primary interface to the business users, with the guidance from a IT Director to assist development and project teams in understanding the business processes, workflows, and information requirements of the users. The resource will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our application by collaborating with product owners, stakeholders, developers, and testers to help rebuild an existing application.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $50 - $60 / hr. w2 Responsibilities of the Analyst/UI Designer: - Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
- Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Facilitate & document comprehensive business and technical requirements for a variety of technology platforms.
- Analyze business workflows and identify areas in which existing or future technology can be utilized to improve user experience and productivity.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather valuable insights for design improvement.
Requirements of the Analyst/UI Designer:
- 4+ years of experience as Business Analyst, UI/UX Designer, or similar position
- Hands on experience with application design and configuration
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Expert understanding of UI/UX principles
- Experience producing & managing detailed documentation including high & low level business requirements, traceability matrixes, work-flow diagrams, test cases and business use-case.
- Knowledge in the Media and Entertainment industry – specifically around Content and Asset delivery and fulfillment
