Job Description

Are you a passionate IT Representative with a few years of support experience and active Secret clearance? If so, we may have the ideal opportunity for you with our leading client in Quantico!

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance prior to start (TS/SCI preferred).

Responsibilities of the Assistant Technical Representative: 

  • Order and manage services and infrastructure required
  • Develop and maintain standardized and repeatable methods for obtaining metrics
  • Requests changes to existing service and resolve day to day operational issues
  • Initiate and resolve service/incident requests via ticketing system
  • Track IT equipment and ensure database is up to date
  • Maintain and update records and tracking databases
  • Route calls to specialists as requested

Requirements of the Assistant Technical Representative:

  • At least 2 years of IT support experience
  • At least 1 year of .NET experience
  • Previous experience in an equivalent role required
  • Active Directory experience preferred
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II preferred
