Job Description

Hybrid role, must sit in Lake Mary, Florida 3 days per week.

Our industry-leading financial services client is seeking an Automation Lead.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Define test requirements from accurate analysis of project documentation, test cases, and test scripts
  • Managing the test data by documenting the results of each test cycle to identify flaws
  • Work with Technology and Compliance Teams to achieve sign off from business stakeholders that the solutions have met business requirements. Present results to the relevant business stakeholders
  • Lead a test-first development method, in which the tests constructed will be used to prove the correctness of data extraction from sources, transformation and load code for a data warehouse or application
  • Interact with and coordinate the development and validation team and ensuring that effective communication takes place
  • Develop and maintain regression test data to effectively regression test changed reports.
  • Create and maintain quality testing analyses/processes that incorporate risk & controls guidance to ensure they hold up against governance standards
  • Automate manual steps as necessary
Job Requirements:
  • Lead Automation role - must be able to lead/communicate with technical and functional teams
  • A minimum of 7 years experience in Quality Assurance Testing utilizing test automation best practices, frameworks and tools
  • A proven record of experience working with UNIX Scripting, Github and Ansible; CI CD pipeline, design of unit tests, integration testing, functional and smoke testing, system test and acceptance test
  • Working knowledge of ETL/ELT, data warehousing/business intelligence methodologies and business intelligence reporting tools e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Pentaho
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Above-average planning and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to track and write articulate reports on technical assessments
  • Experience in financial services industry is preferred
  • Independent, organized, self-motivated, team player
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal leadership skills
  • Adaptable to highly evolving environment
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range. 
 
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
