Job Description

Our client in Charlotte is seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer to support Azure cloud modernization efforts. You will collaborate across teams to implement new cloud-based solutions and create documentation, including training materials for staff on company and cloud best practices.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Responsibilities of the Azure Cloud Engineer:
  • Create and maintain cloud governance
  • Enhance cloud infrastructure automation
  • Security harden Azure IaaS and PaaS infrastructure
  • Assist DevOps teams with pipeline deployment
  • Enable and facilitate Proofs of Concept
Requirements of the Azure Cloud Engineer:
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT roles
  • At least 3 years of cloud solutions experience
  • Azure Cloud engineering experience
  • Ability to create and maintain cloud governance 
  • Cloud Security experience
  • Azure certification preferred
