Are you a passionate, results-driven professional with the ability to leverage your expertise to enhance the online consumer experience and drive sales?

If you can partner closely with select vendors and suppliers to realize goals, we may have the ideal role for you as a Brand Advocate with our client.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Brand Advocate:
  • Understand customer behavior and buying patterns to drive online sales
  • Analyze data/KPIs to optimize brand-focused, online customer experience
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers to analyze and improve online sales, traffic, and conversion
  • Ensure new and promotional items are optimized and offer support when suppliers need help
  • Execute strategic plans and participate in supplier/merchandising presentations
  • Act as SME for supported brand/s assortment and strategy
Requirements of the Brand Advocate:
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to provide exceptional "white glove" service to specific vendors
  • Experience in merchandising/buyer/category manager roles
