Job Description

Our client, a leader and innovator in the insurance industry, needs a Business Analyst to perform research and analysis in support of enterprise strategy. You will support a holistic view of enterprise capabilities and solutions and work with technical teams to communicate business requirements.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:

• Elicit, document, and track requirements for proposed changes
• Analyze business needs and work with stakeholders to define, develop, and communicate scope and requirements
• Ensure creation of and adherence to requirements approach and management plan in alignment with an overall project plan
• Work with project teams to adhere to solution scope and maintain requirements traceability
• Manage requirements change request process and documentation throughout project life cycle

Requirements of the Business Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of analysis experience, including research, process analysis, writing business requirements, and business functional design
• 5+ years of experience may substitute for degree
