What Will You Be Doing?
- Serve as the pivotal liaison between IT and business groups, making sure both worlds harmonize.
- Dive deep into work processes, ensuring we cater to every business need with precision.
- Collaborate with programmers, guiding them towards ingenious solutions, ensuring the tech aligns with business visions.
- Engage actively in project implementations, understanding how they'll impact the business units you're aligned with.
- Uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction by leading in customer communication, issue resolution, and innovative solution design.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Or 4 years of pertinent business experience if you don’t have a degree.)
- 1-3 years of experience where you've analyzed business or supported IT systems.
- Mastery in SQL development with at least 3 years under your belt.
- A proven track record, having been part of at least one IT project delivery.
