Are you a Certified Scrum Master interested in a long-term contract opportunity?

Responsibilities of the Scrum Master:
  • Drive understanding of Scrum roles and practices and ensure adherence
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, protect the team and puts team needs first
  • Motivate team towards self-organization
  • Coach teams to highest maturity levels
 Requirements of the Scrum Master:
  • At least 4 years of Scrum Master experience in an Agile environment
  • CSM and/or other Agile certifications are required
  • Experience driving initiatives in a consumer-facing environment
  • Excellent knowledge of both traditional and Agile project management approaches
  • Clear and effective communication skills: written, verbal, presentation, meeting facilitation 
  • Strong technical background to inform planning and drive resolution of technical issues
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
