A global investment management firm needs a Charles River Development Compliance Analyst to help develop and support Compliance Services. This is a hybrid role; qualified applicants must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Boston and be willing and able to work onsite as required.

Responsibilities of the Charles River Development (CRD) Compliance Analyst: - Help develop and enhance Charles River Compliance Services
- Help develop and evolve standardized, efficient processes in support of Compliance Services delivery
- Provide client with initial service setup/implementation, including business requirements
- Write/test compliance software rules, write reports, manage exceptions
- Configure changes for compliance software
- Perform upgrade/testing of compliance software
- Provide troubleshooting support and issue resolution
- Advise clients on best practices and optimal use of compliance software
- Remain current on regional and global industry trends and regulatory issues
Requirements of the Charles River Development (CRD) Compliance Analyst:
- Strong technical background in Charles River Compliance Services
- Able to configure changes, upgrade, test, and troubleshoot software
- Effective technical support and troubleshooting skills
- Client-facing and service delivery skills
