We have an exciting opportunity for a Cisco Communications Analyst with our industry-leading client in NYC.

We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $45 - $50 / hr. w2

Responsibilities of the Cisco Communications Analyst:
  • Work with clients to gather information about current telephone and voicemail programming
  • Analyze and evaluate information to provide an efficient and practical solution
  • Update LDAP with changes to employee telephone numbers
  • Utilize databases to allocate inventory required to complete work orders
  • Coordinate with other IT groups and clients to schedule tasks required to complete both day to day and project work
  • Perform all programming required to complete moves, adds and changes in Cisco Communications Manager, and Unity Connection
  • Use Adobe to review and mark floor plans for field technicians
  • Audit completed work orders to ensure that systems, databases, and billing records are correct
  • Work with team to set up, configure and troubleshoot components of Cisco Call Manager and Unity Connection
 Requirements of the Cisco Communications Analyst:
  • Cisco Unity Connection (version 10.5 or higher; 11.5 is preferred)
  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (version 10.5 or higher; 11.5 is preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel - Manage spreadsheets and familiarity with Functions (VLookup, Pivot Tables, Sorting, Filtering)
  • Ability to use 2nd Nature to export records from Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Unity Connection
  • Familiarity with using 2nd Nature to make bulk changes to devices or records in either system
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
