Job Description

A healthcare leader needs a Contracts Analyst to manage the SOW process for all technology outsourcing customer agreements. To succeed in this role, you must have a background in contract and SOW writing for technology projects and the ability to manage partnerships between the organization and executive-level customers. This is a hybrid opportunity; qualified applicants must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Pittsburgh and be willing and able to work onsite as required.

• Draft, review, and negotiate SOWs and other contractual documents for technology services engagements
• Establish and maintain a standardized process for contract development 
• Work closely with the legal team, technology services teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that all contractual documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with organizational policies
• Maintain familiarity with all applicable federal, institutional, and other guidance concerning agreements
• Ensure all contracts are properly executed and filed

Requirements of the Contracts Analyst:

• JD, LLM, or Certified Paralegal with a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and 5+ years of experience
• Experience directly managing contracts or related field
• SOW writing experience for technology projects
• Healthcare experience a plus
