Our government client is looking for a Cost Analyst to join their team.
Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. Responsibilities of the Cost Analyst: - Performs complex financial/administrative reporting in support of a PM or PEO as part of the Business Management Division
- Conducts cost, schedule, contract performance, variance, and risk analyses and prepares reports
- Participates in the development of cost controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques
- May be assigned to government mandated cost/accounting management systems
Requirements of the Cost Analyst: - A Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field and 3-5 years of experience working in cost analysis
- Experience with ACEIT to develop Cost Models and Cost Estimate
- Experience with independent government cost estimates, acquisition plans, UFR cost estimates, cost validation support, P-Forms or R-Forms, and earned value management analysis
- Knowledge of APB recertification and life cycle cost estimates
- Knowledge of weapon system review cost estimates, transparency drills, and COMPO splits
