Remote | Must be able to visit Richmond, VA as needed

Our client, a leader in their industry, needs a Creative Project Coordinator to use Workfront to manage marketing campaign workflows and ensure on time delivery of creative assets and tactics.

• Use Workfront to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Serve as point of contact for internal stakeholders and agency partners
• Provide administrative support relating to project/process management platform (Workfront)
• Identify and pivot around obstacles that may be slowing down processes and workflows

Requirements of the Creative Project Coordinator:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Understanding of project management tools, processes, and resources
• Able to effectively build and maintain strong working relationships
• Able to engage stakeholders and employ a customer-first approach
• Able to proactively identify workflow issues or inefficiencies and offer solutions
• PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred
• Workfront experience preferred
