Job Description

Are you a motivated and experienced Cyber Security Technologist proficient with Web Access Management? Interested in a long-term opportunity with a stable industry leader?  

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Hartford.  

This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.  They will consider a 100% remote candidate, but preference is that the person be able to work on-site in Hartford, CT in the near future.

Responsibilities of the Web Access Management Engineer:
  • Provide Level II technical/production support to IAM-supported Web Access Management services
  • Support IAM/WAM solutions, using SiteMinder, Access Gateway, Okta and LDAP
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Coordinate with different teams to close open issues
  • Provide support for all IAM services
  • Setup and support Autosys batch jobs
  • Coordinate changes aligned with enterprise guidelines
Requirements of the Web Access Management Engineer:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • At least 3 years of information technology experience
  • Working knowledge of IAM technologies: CA SSO (SiteMinder), CA Access Gateway, Okta SSO
  • Working knowledge of SailPoint IIQ and DUO preferred but not req.
  • Good knowledge of LDAP server installation, configuration, and directory support
  • Working knowledge of server administration and ability to use remote admin tools
  • Good knowledge of Unix and Windows OS, SQL, F5, DNS, DHCP, and IP configuration
  • Good knowledge of servers, firewall rules, service monitors
  • Working experience with Active Directory/AD LDS
  • Experience with BMC Remedy ticketing tool
  • Perl/Shell/PowerShell or other scripting knowledge
