Our government client is looking for a Cyber Task Order Manager to join their team.

Pay Rate: $75.00 - $80.00/hr on W2
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

Responsibilities of the Cyber Task Order Manager: - Provide day-to-day management and supervision of overall a matrixed group of Cyber and Infrastructure personnel
- Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all task order support activities and allocates resources
- Provide comprehensive engineering, operations and maintenance leadership for Cyber, Network, and Directory Services tools
- Lead design architectural changes and implementation, following established configuration management processes and schedules Provide highly specialized technical advice concerning configuration and implementation of Privileged Account Management and Identity Lifecycle Management
- Analyze the metric, technical configurations and provides recommendations on the best alternatives
- Provides technical guidance for directing and monitoring information systems operations and development
- Manage the design, build, and implementation of trusted internet computing systems
- Manage the team that utilizes software and hardware tools and identify and diagnose complex problems and factors affecting network, systems, and application performance
- Lead the troubleshooting of network, systems, and application performance systems
- Provide empirical data and recommendations to improve performance
Requirements of the Cyber Task Order Manager: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 8 years of relevant work experience
- Must possess experience as a leader and mentor in a cyber infrastructure operations environment
- Experience with major incident and critical situation problem resolutions
- Must be familiar with managing contractual deliverables, as well as ticket queues and ticket quality
- Familiarity with ServiceNow is required
- Operational and strategic mindset with a passion for problem solving in a complex environment
