Do you possess the ability to distill high impact business insights from multiple data sources?

Responsibilities of the Data Analyst:
  • Participate in full testing life cycle implementations
  • Lead tracking and reporting to assess campaign performance and strategies
  • Translate data results into clear and actionable insights in line with business goals
  • As needed, provide insights and solutions to drive projects forward 
Requirements of the Data Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree required and at least 5 years of experience in a customer-first experience related domain
  • Background in customer experience and program/project management - demonstrated leadership and management skills
  • Strong Excel experience required - ability to manipulate and organize data into insightful answers to business questions
  • Experience with data visualization or analytics tools such as Tableau is desired
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
