Are you a highly skilled Data Analyst with exceptional Excel experience? Are you interested in joining an industry-leading financial services organization to develop reporting for a real estate client? If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Jersey City!

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Data Reporting Analyst:

• Leverage technical and business process knowledge
• Work within a data-drive technology environment
• Develop custom reports as business needs evolve
• Recommend business process improvements
• Develop detailed end-to-end project plans
• Analyze, test, and document for multiple reporting functions

Requirements of the Data Reporting Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 8 years of software development experience
• Advanced reporting tool knowledge: PowerBI, SSRS, YSR, YSL
• Excel power user; advanced Power Query, VBA, macros
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in financial analysis and SQL strongly preferred
• Real estate technology background/ETL tool exposure a plus
