100% Remote Position, must be able to work east coast hours. 

Our client is seeking an experienced LXP Administrator to support the implementation and ongoing operation of our organization's learning experience platform.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Primarily responsible for supporting the LXP implementation, and ongoing support thereafter. 
  • Advise on best practices for the integration of the LXP with the LMS and HRIS systems. 
  • Manage and maintain the LXP database, ensuring that it is fully functional and optimized for maximum efficiency and performance.   
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure that learning content is up-to-date and relevant.  
  • Create and maintain learning paths and curricula using the LXP.   
  • Monitor and report on the usage and effectiveness of the LXP.   
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to L&D initiatives, including training materials and schedules.   
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the LXP. 
  • Manage learning content and ensure that it is organized, accessible, and current.   
  • Stay current with the latest L&D trends and best practices.  
  • Continuously improve the learning and development experience for employees by recommending and implementing enhancements and updates.  
  • Generate reports on learning completions and database reports and analyze data to identify trends and insights.  
  • Use strong Excel skills to create and manipulate data and present findings in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Respond to requests, issues, d-hoc completions, provide information and resolution to problems from internal users. 

Qualifications:  

  • 2+ years of experience with the Degreed LXP platform preferred. 
  • Knowledge of supporting LMS and HRIS systems is recommended. 
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency in LXP management and administration  
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
