We have a wonderful opportunity for a passionate ERP Manager and subject matter expert to join our client in Albuquerque. This is an onsite position.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

• Build and advocate for organizational processes and culture to achieve team and business goals
• Mentor, coach, and manage ERP team to ensure team capability development and team member retention
• Act as SME and senior developer for Infor (Syteline and LN) ERP and associated tools
• Recommend and implement best practices and compliance with corporate guidelines
• Ensure adherence to department and project budgets

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience as an Infor ERP (or similar) expert
• 2+ years of experience managing IT teams
• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing business practices, coding languages, and ERP development tools such as Infor Mongoose Framework
